Your main responsibilities will include:<br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Parts Procurement:<br></span> Accurately <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">ordering and tracking </span>a wide variety of parts and supplies from various vendors.<br><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Purchase Orders (POs):<br></span> Creating and managing <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">purchase orders </span>with precision to ensure correct pricing, quantities, and delivery schedules.<br><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Receiving and Inspection:<br></span> Efficiently <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">receiving, unpacking, and inspecting </span>incoming parts against purchase orders for accuracy and quality.<br><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Inventory Control:<br></span> Maintaining a highly <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">organized parts room </span>and warehouse, including systematic labeling, stocking, and bin location management.<br><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Technology &amp; Systems:<br></span> Utilizing <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">inventory management software (IMS) </span>and other technology to maintain accurate inventory records, conduct cycle counts, and report on stock levels.<br><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Support:<br></span> Providing excellent customer service to internal teams by quickly and accurately locating and dispensing parts.<br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><br></span></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You'll Bring:</span><br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Experience:<br></span> A minimum of <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">one (1) year of experience </span>working in a dedicated parts room, warehouse, or similar inventory/supply chain environment.<br><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Tech Savviness:<br></span> Demonstrated <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">proficiency with technology</span>, including Google Office Suite and, most importantly, experience using an <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">inventory management system </span>(e.g., CMMS, ERP, or dedicated parts software).<br><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Organizational Skills:<br></span> Exceptional attention to detail and proven ability to maintain a highly organized and efficient working area.<br><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Communication:<br></span> Strong written and verbal communication skills for working with vendors and internal teams.<br><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Physical Demands:<br></span> Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.<br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><br></span></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why Join Us?</span><br>We offer a competitive wage, comprehensive benefits package, and a supportive team environment where your organizational skills are truly valued.
