    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "\r\n<p>Cummins is looking for a talented In-shop diesel technician to complete its team at the Kamloops location.&nbsp;</p>\r\n<p><strong><u>Cummins offers a&nbsp;5000$ sign-on bonus for this position</u></strong>&nbsp;</p>\r\n<p><strong>In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:</strong></p>\r\n<ul>\r\n <li>Apply documented procedures and policies to perform diagnostics and complex repairs.</li>\r\n <li>Perform preventative maintenance based on assessment of engine.</li>\r\n <li>Complete required documentation, such as work completed documents, time sheets, warranty claims and quality forms, via handwritten or business system input screens.</li>\r\n <li>Complete training in line with skill and business requirements.</li>\r\n <li>Maintain work area and tools for cleanliness and proper operation.</li>\r\n <li>Adhere to and ensures adherence of more junior technicians to all relevant Health, Safety &amp; Environmental policies, procedures and legislation and reports any issues / incidents to their supervisor.</li>\r\n <li>Ensure adherence to all relevant Health Safety &amp; Environmental policies, procedures and legislation and reports any issues / incidents to site management and to their supervisor.</li>\r\n</ul>",
