          "text": "<p>Link Solutions is seeking a <strong>Deputy Program Manager/Senior Solutions Architect </strong>to support the Army Research Laboratory (ARL) Information Technology Modernization and Support Services program in Adelphi, MD.</p><ul><li>U.S. Citizen with an active secret clearance</li><li>PMP Certification required</li><li>Non-Remote / On-site only (Relocation assistance available)</li></ul><p>This position supports the Program Manager and Government leadership by providing senior-level technical leadership across enterprise IT operations, infrastructure modernization, cloud and hybrid environments, cybersecurity, networking, ServiceNow, endpoint management, automation, and research computing initiatives supporting ARL’s mission environment.</p><p>The ideal candidate is a senior enterprise technologist and solutions architect with strong operational experience in large-scale enterprise IT environments and the ability to support modernization initiatives while maintaining operational stability across classified and unclassified environments.</p><p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Support the Program Manager and Government stakeholders in the execution of enterprise IT modernization and operational support initiatives.</li><li>Lead technical modernization efforts involving enterprise infrastructure, networking, cloud integration, virtualization, automation, endpoint management, and cybersecurity.</li><li>Support modernization of ARL’s hybrid infrastructure and software-defined technologies, including cloud, hyperconverged infrastructure, containerization, and Zero Trust initiatives.</li><li>Support integration of automation technologies into enterprise operations to improve operational efficiency, service delivery, infrastructure management, monitoring, and workflow execution.</li><li>Support implementation and operational integration of automation and orchestration capabilities, including scripting, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automated provisioning, monitoring, patching, and ServiceNow workflows.</li><li>Provide technical leadership and coordination across infrastructure, systems engineering, networking, cybersecurity, ServiceNow, and operational support teams.</li><li>Support modernization and operational initiatives across classified and unclassified research environments while maintaining mission continuity and operational performance.</li><li>Partner with ARL stakeholders to improve researcher experience, reduce IT burden, and support evolving research computing requirements.</li><li>Support planning, engineering, and implementation efforts for infrastructure modernization, technical refreshes, automation initiatives, and enterprise architecture improvements.</li><li>Support integration of cybersecurity requirements into operational and modernization activities, including RMF, Continuous ATO, vulnerability management, and STIG compliance.</li><li>Lead technical assessments, engineering analysis, and solution recommendations aligned with ARL modernization objectives.</li><li>Support development of technical roadmaps, engineering standards, lifecycle planning, and operational process improvements.</li><li>Participate in technical working groups, architecture discussions, change management activities, and project planning sessions.</li><li>Identify technical risks and support the development of mitigation strategies.</li><li>Support the Program Manager in technical staffing coordination, workload planning, and engagement with Government technical leadership</li></ul><p><em>Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.&#xa0;</em></p>",

          "text": "<ul><li>U.S. citizen with an active DoW secret clearance.</li><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.</li><li>12+ years of experience supporting enterprise IT operations, engineering, infrastructure modernization, enterprise architecture, or automation initiatives.</li><li>IAT Level II certification or higher in accordance with DoD 8570 or DoD 8140 requirements (such as Security Plus CE, GSEC, SSCP, or equivalent).</li><li>Experience supporting large-scale enterprise IT environments within the DoD or Federal sector.</li><li>Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.</li><li>Experience supporting enterprise infrastructure, networking, cloud or hybrid environments, cybersecurity operations, enterprise automation, and IT service management platforms.</li><li>Experience supporting automation and orchestration technologies within an enterprise environment (Cloud and hybrid architectures, Virtualization and containerization technologies, Automation and orchestration technologies, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts and scripting/automation frameworks,&#xa0;RMF, Continuous ATO, STIG compliance, and vulnerability management, ITIL-based operational environments)</li><li>Experience supporting multidisciplinary technical teams and modernization initiatives</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred:</strong></p><ul><li>Master’s Degree in a related technical field</li><li>Experience supporting Army, DEVCOM, NETCOM, or research-focused DoD environments</li><li>Experience with technologies such as Nutanix, Cisco networking, ServiceNow, Kubernetes, Ansible, Terraform, automation/orchestration platforms, or Infrastructure as Code (IaC)</li><li>Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)</li><li>ITIL v4 certification</li><li>Experience supporting classified and unclassified enterprise environments</li><li>Experience supporting research computing or high-performance computing environments</li><li>Experience working in a Department of Defense (DoD) environment</li><li>A problem solver and troubleshooter&#xa0;who thrives in resolving&#xa0;complex problems</li><li>Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and interpersonal skills</li><li>Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks</li></ul><p><strong>Salary Range:&#xa0;</strong>$93,000 - $155,000</p><p><em>Several factors influence the final salary or hourly rate, including but not limited to contract wage determinations, relevant work experience, role-specific skills and competencies, geographic location, educational background, certifications, and federal government contract labor categories.</em></p>",
