the resolution of equipment related process difficulties.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><u>&nbsp;Essential Functions: &nbsp;</u>Responsibilities that are requirements in order to perform the job:</p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Manage capital investment budget and projects</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Identify opportunities to improve plant and process efficiencies including facilities and grounds</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Responsible for the justification and management of capital projects</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Coordinate the technical and practical aspects of engineering projects</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assures implementation of engineering controls to meet federal, state and local environmental, health and safety regulations</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintain and improve plant safety through investigation, recommendation and selection of processing equipment</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Implement process equipment modifications and building improvements</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Control and document periodic facility process regulatory inspections</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Provide training and safety related materials and equipment to the skilled trades</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><u>Supportive Functions:&nbsp;</u></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">In addition to performance of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of supportive functions based on business needs:</p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Other assignments as delegate or assigned by management</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Some travel required both domestically (occasionally) and internationally (rarely)</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><u>Knowledge, Skills &amp;
