The Lease-Up Community Manager will be responsible for developing and executing leasing strategies, overseeing marketing initiatives, managing leasing staff, and driving occupancy goals while delivering an exceptional resident experience.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Key Responsibilities</span></h2><ul data-spread=\"false\"><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Develop and implement comprehensive lease-up strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Lead all leasing and marketing efforts, including outreach, advertising, social media campaigns, resident events, and local business partnerships.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Monitor leasing traffic, conversion ratios, market trends, and competitor activity to maximize leasing performance.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Manage the prospect-to-resident experience, ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the leasing process.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Conduct property tours and assist prospective residents with the application and move-in process.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Recruit, train, coach, and supervise leasing team members.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;
