LTD., NH-69 Near Powarkheda Railway Station, Biaora, District Narmadapuram, Madhya Pradesh-461111<br>Job Objectives -&nbsp;<br>1.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Driver management&nbsp;<br>2.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Planning of Vehicle Maintenance.<br>3.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Vehicle Documentation.<br>4.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Organize safety training for drivers.<br>5.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Reduction of operation and maintenance costs.</p><p>Key Responsibilities&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Make sure the transport operation meets its performance and safety targets, monitor it and report to senior management.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Write reports and present options and recommendations to clients and senior management.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Manage and supervise staff, organize work shift rotation, coordinate staff training.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Identify existing and possible future transport problems, develop transport models and investigate the feasibility of alternative means of transport.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Transport management:<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Implementation of all transportation activities.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Developing transportation relationships.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ensuring adherence of transport costs.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ensuring positive P&amp;L accountability.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Negotiating and bargaining transportation prices at initial levels.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Dealing with the effects of congestion.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Confronting climate change issues by implementing transport strategies and monitoring an organization’s carbon footprint.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Diesel record (internal shifting and outside dispatch).<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Vendor bill verification.&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;E-Way Bill Management.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Follow up with Concerned authority and ensure timely compliance of all vehicles.&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ensure proper maintenance of trailers to improve their uptime.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ensuring that all operational KPIs are achieved.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Quick response to attend enroute breakdown vehicles and physically checking of all vehicles with record to ensure 100% compliance.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Periodic training of Drivers to cover all drivers at least once in a year.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;To follow safety and security norms of the company strictly and its implementation on the ground<br>&nbsp;</p><p>Qualifications &amp; competencies&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Good Communication skills in English language, both oral and written.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Qualification – Graduate / Experience - Minimum – 2 years.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;To have very good knowledge of word, excel &amp; PPT as well as software<br>&nbsp;</p>",
