Ultimately, as a licensed Neuropsychologist, you will play an important role on the Medical Team demonstrating the highest standard of productivity to deliver and enhance best practices patient care.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">TALENT:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Eager, determined to achieve success, and committed to making a difference every day.</li>\n<li>Compassionate and care deeply about our patients and their experience.</li>\n<li>Love what you do and where you work.</li>\n<li>Not afraid to ask questions and grow as a professional.</li>\n<li>Ability to have open, honest conversations with patients and team members.</li>\n<li>Self-motivated.</li>\n<li>Integrity belief in everything you do.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: </span>(Job Description Available Upon Demand) </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Implements and supports the practice mission and strategic vision within respective departments.</li>\n<li>Handles confidential information requiring professional discretion and compliance with protected health information, data integrity and security policies.</li>\n<li>Provides routine diagnostic, therapeutic and emergency care for patients.</li>\n<li>Maintains a patient load and has specialized training in a clinical area.</li>\n<li>Implements treatment plans that utilize Alivation’s Integrated Care offerings including, but not limited to, Primary Care, On-Site Pharmacy, Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation, Pharmacogenetic Testing, Telehealth, Research, Remote Patient Monitoring, and others.</li>\n<li>May be asked to be a Primary Investigator or Sub-Investigator on Research Studies.</li>\n<li>Meticulously documents patient related administrative and clinical documentation in electronic medical records system.</li>\n<li>Demonstrates critical thinking and function under stressful or emergent situations.</li>\n<li>Demonstrates adaptability to changing work demands in terms of priorities that necessitate personal initiative.</li>\n<li>Demonstrates excellent analytical skills, active listening skills, verbal, and written communication skills, patience, and trustworthiness to effectively share knowledge with Chief Medical Officer, Psychiatrist, Psychologist, Family Practice Physician, medical staff, student residents, patients, families, visitors, and the broader health care community.</li>\n<li>Demonstrates competence in Continuing Medical Education (CME) activities that service to maintain, develop, or increase knowledge, skills, and professional performance.</li>\n<li>Other clinical or administrative duties as assigned by Chief Medical Officer to meet practice needs.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">QUALIFICATIONS:  </span>A Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) In Psychology, Medicine, Biology or Neuroscience Degree From An APA-Accredited Program Required | Successful Completion of A Clinical Practice Internship | Post-Doctoral Training Under Supervision Required | Active Nebraska License (State Registry In Good Standing) Required | Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Preferred or In Process | Familiar with EMR &amp;
