Together, we will continue to raise our levels of employee engagement.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>About the Property Summer Student opportunity:</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Resident Ambassador:</strong></p>\n<p>As our frontline liaison, build strong relationships and deliver excellence by addressing concerns to maintain resident satisfaction.</p>\n<p><strong>Leasing Champion:</strong></p>\n<p>Own the leasing process from initial inquiry to onboarding of new resident. Proactively monitor vacancies and achieve leasing targets.</p>\n<p><strong>Operations Guru:</strong></p>\n<p>Collect payments, inspect the property and facilitate resident moves and maintenance request.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What you need to succeed:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Outstanding customer relations skills</li>\n <li>Background in Sales</li>\n <li>Outgoing, people oriented personality</li>\n <li>Strong initiative / self-starter</li>\n <li>Excellent written and verbal skills</li>\n <li>Sound organizational skills with the ability to multi task</li>\n <li>Flexibility to work varying shifts within our hours of operation</li>\n <li>Contribute to team atmosphere</li>\n <li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>In this role, you will receive a competitive base salary starting from $37,440.
