We are looking for instructors for both our standard group classes and our specialized Adaptive Private Lessons for participants with disabilities.</p><h3><strong>Shift Availability&nbsp;</strong></h3><ul><li><strong>General Hours:</strong> Mon-Thu (4pm-6pm), Sat (9am-12pm), Sun (9am-12:30pm).&nbsp;</li><li><strong>Adaptive Lessons:</strong> Flexible hours </li></ul><h3><strong>Essential Duties:</strong></h3><ul><li><strong>Instruction:</strong> Teach age and level-appropriate skills to students of all ages (4-18 for adaptive) and abilities.</li><li><strong>Adaptive Specialization:</strong> Modify lesson objectives for participants with disabilities and communicate progress directly with families.</li><li><strong>Administration:</strong> Track attendance/progress, manage equipment setup/cleanup, and submit bi-weekly reconciliation forms for private lessons.</li><li><strong>Professionalism:</strong> Arrive 10 minutes early, wear a family-friendly swimsuit, and participate in all mandatory staff trainings.</li></ul><h3><strong>Qualifications:</strong></h3><ul><li><strong>Age:</strong> 16+ for general instruction; <strong>18+ for Adaptive Private Lessons</strong>.</li><li><strong>Experience:</strong> 1 year of instruction preferred for general roles.
