You will be working with a passionate &amp; talented Langham Club Team to drive excellence in guest satisfaction and the overall success the Langham Club and Guest Relations operations, by delivering high standards in guest experience &amp; colleague engagement while in alignment with the culture and values of Langham Hospitality Group.&nbsp;\n</div>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Have knowledge of VIPs, guest’s arrival times, group/company information and special requests, and ensure to identify guests with the club access&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Deliver all Forbes and Langham brand standards and adhere to all departmental procedures&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Work closely with Guest Relations Manager, Front Office, and Concierge and Culinary team to ensure guests have memorable encounters&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Ensure that all areas of the Langham Club are always clean and in compliance with all of the Forbes and Langham brand standards&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Set up Food &amp; Beverage timely, elegantly and communicate with Kitchen to ensure timely preparation and replenishment&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Replenish buffets and track food consumption for each shift&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Inspect and monitor the quality and presentation of the food and beverage at all times&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Inspect linen, silver, china and other table items for immaculate cleanliness and appearance&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Ensuring all china, glassware and silverware are replenished in a timely manner&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Clear, clean and re-set all tables in a timely manner, according to standards&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Welcome each guest and serve food, coffee, water and other beverages whenever appropriate&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><b>Qualifications:</b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Previous Food &amp; Beverage experience a plus.</li>\n <li>Previous experience in five star standards.</li>\n <li>ServSafe certification.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Follow all health and safety procedures.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Must adhere to all State, Federal and Corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests to insure all laws are being followed.</li>\n <li>Proven management skills and ability to lead and motivate a team while maintaining the highest standards of service and adhering to hotel policies&nbsp; &nbsp;</li>\n <li>Able to stand for up to 8 hours: sit, reach, grasp, lift/carry up to 50 pounds, walk, climb, kneel, squat, bend, push, pull</li>\n <li>Ability to stand/walk for length of shift&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Legally authorized to work in the United States</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><b>Salary Range:</b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>$33.49 - $33.79 per hour&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>For more information about the property, please visit:&nbsp;<a href=\"https://www.langhamhotels.com/en/the-langham/boston/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">https://www.langhamhotels.com/en/the-langham/boston/</a>&nbsp;</p>\n<div>\n <br>\n  &nbsp;\n</div>",
