This position plays a key role in supporting field operations by ensuring crews have the materials they need to maintain productivity and meet project schedules.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Delivery &amp; Transportation</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Safely operate company vehicles to transport HVAC materials, equipment, and tools to jobsites and service locations.</li>\n<li>Load, secure, transport, and unload materials in accordance with company safety standards.</li>\n<li>Plan and coordinate delivery routes to maximize efficiency and meet project needs.</li>\n<li>Maintain delivery schedules and communicate any delays or issues to supervisors.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Material Expediting</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pick up materials from suppliers, manufacturers, and vendors.</li>\n<li>Verify materials against purchase orders, packing slips, and delivery tickets.</li>\n<li>Ensure accurate delivery of materials to the correct project or service technician.</li>\n<li>Coordinate urgent deliveries and material transfers between jobsites.</li>\n<li>Assist in tracking material shortages, backorders, and special-order items.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Warehouse Support</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.</li>\n<li>Organize and maintain warehouse inventory and storage areas.</li>\n<li>Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.</li>\n<li>Prepare materials and equipment for upcoming projects and service calls.</li>\n<li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse and yard areas.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Vehicle &amp; Safety Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs.</li>\n<li>Maintain a clean and professional company vehicle.</li>\n<li>Follow all DOT requirements, company safety policies, and traffic laws.</li>\n<li>Utilize proper lifting techniques and material handling practices.</li>\n<li>Wear required PPE and maintain a safe working environment.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>High school diploma or equivalent preferred.</li>\n<li>Previous experience in delivery, warehouse, construction, or HVAC industry preferred.</li>\n<li>Knowledge of HVAC materials and equipment is a plus.</li>\n<li>Valid California Driver’s License with a clean driving record.</li>\n<li>Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.</li>\n<li>Strong organizational and communication skills.</li>\n<li>Dependable, punctual, and customer-service oriented.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Physical Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 75 pounds.</li>\n<li>Ability to frequently load and unload materials from trucks.</li>\n<li>Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.</li>\n<li>Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and perform physical labor throughout the workday.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Key Success Factors</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Safety-first mindset.</li>\n<li>Reliability and strong attendance.</li>\n<li>Attention to detail and accuracy.</li>\n<li>Ability to work independently while supporting multiple field teams.</li>\n<li>Positive attitude and commitment to supporting company operations.</li>\n</ul>",
