This role is located in Pune.</p><p>Designs product roadmaps and creates large-scale AI systems based on specific business requirements and market opportunities.<br>Consults with business units to identify needs and translates those into actionable AI product strategies.<br>Develops business cases, ROI models, and documentation to justify investments and showcase value creation.<br>Maintains product functionality and relevance, addressing technical debt and capitalizing on emerging AI trends.<br>Actively participates in product reviews and steers development priorities.<br>Integrates AI components into fully functional, scalable products.<br>Applies ethical AI principles, ensuring compliance with security and privacy regulations.<br>Defines and tracks meaningful KPIs to measure product success and business impact.<br>Establishes relationships with key stakeholders to gather necessary information and secure buy-in for AI initiatives.<br>Conducts market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.<br>Manages the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond.<br>Develops go-to-market strategies and collaborates with marketing teams to effectively position AI products.<br>Ensures products are updated with latest features and aligned with evolving customer needs.<br>Participates in the deployment process, adhering to change management protocols.<br>Provides ongoing product support and drives continuous improvement initiatives.<br>Actively engages in learning and development, staying abreast of AI/ML advancements.<br>Completes all required training and policy awareness curricula on time.<br>Demonstrates strong teamwork and leadership skills.<br>Leverages existing products/functionality and promotes reuse to maximize efficiency.<br>Works closely with cross-functional teams to elevate technology standards and consistently apply best practices.<br>Collaborates with data scientists, engineers, business users, and project managers to achieve elegant solutions.<br>Utilizes industry events and networks to gain market insights and share knowledge.<br>Compiles comprehensive product documentation and go-to-market materials.<br>Acts as a mentor to junior team members and contributes to the achievement of organizational objectives.<br>&nbsp;</p><p>To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:</p><p>Bachelor's degree or equivalent.<br>10 years of experience in AI/ML product management or a related field.<br>Defines, develops, and delivers complex strategic AI/ML products that demonstrate measurable business value.<br>Translates business needs into AI-driven solutions, leveraging advanced data techniques to support cross-functional initiatives.<br>Responsible for end-to-end AI product lifecycle, from conception to delivery and ongoing optimization.<br>Collaborates with stakeholders to identify high impact use cases and ensures effective integration with existing systems.<br>Partners with data scientists, engineers, and subject matter experts to deliver innovative AI solutions.<br>&nbsp;</p><p>At BNY, our culture speaks for itself, check out the latest BNY news at:&nbsp;</p><p><u>BNY Newsroom&nbsp;</u></p><p><u>BNY LinkedIn</u></p><p>Here’s a few of our recent awards:</p><ul><li>America’s Most Innovative Companies, Fortune,</li><li>2025 World’s Most Admired Companies, Fortune 2025</li><li>“Most Just Companies”, Just Capital and CNBC, 2025</li></ul><p><br>Our Benefits and Rewards: BNY offers highly competitive compensation, benefits, and wellbeing programs rooted in a strong culture of excellence and our pay-for-performance philosophy.
