Do you like to work outside?</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Full time position Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm $16.00 per hour.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">The community is an affordable housing community with Project Based Section 8 and Tax Credit rent subsidy, providing housing to income-qualified residents. In this position, AAMCI expects strong customer service, safety management, skill set development and time management with the goal to create a home and strong communities for each of our residents to thrive.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">AAMCI provides many training opportunities, and many paid opportunities to obtain higher levels of certificates.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Primary duties include, but are not limited to:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Daily upkeep of the grounds</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Cleaning debris from all sidewalks and parking lots</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Rake, Sweep, Shovel</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Clean building hallways and stairs</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Mopping</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Spread salt to prevent ice buildup</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Trim landscaping</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Painting</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Light maintenance - Cleaning vacant units, painting</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Report any abnormal circumstances regarding the community or residents</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Evaluation of property for necessary repairs and/or safety hazards</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Qualifications necessary for success:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Courteous</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Work outdoors</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Sweeping, mopping</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Power Washing</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Light Maintenance</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Ability to self-motivate</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Clear communication skills, verbal and written</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Reliable transportation</span><br><br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(13, 13, 13)\">AAMCI is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity in the workplace.
