Working at Knott’s Berry Farm, you will have access to these amazing perks: Complimentary admission to Knott’s Berry Farm and all Cedar Fair parks Earn complimentary tickets for your friends and family Discounts on food and merchandise Special events for associates only Building lifelong friendships Resume building skills Responsibilities Collaborate with the Activation Manager to manage client, sales, and park communications for events. Lead day-of excecution for events and activations, managing support teams and addressing client and park needs. Ensure accurate event orders, catering arrangements, billing, and date entry in collaboration with sales support staff. Support onsite sponsorship activations, ensuring in-park visibility aligns with national and regional agreements, and provide event documationat for recaps. Serve as the central communication hub between clients, vendors, and internal teams to deliver top-tier experiences. Ensure proper patperwork is submitted for work orders, event requests, exchanges as well as updating client forms as needed. Handle pricing board updates and other in-park signage by coordinating the design, print, and install. Look for growth opportunities of events and activiations by coordinating with internal teams to enhance the guest experience and upsell park offerings. Travel to assist with events at other park locations as needed. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Proficient in basic business software applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfortable with learning new software and CRM applications Advanced written and oral communication skills, experience in public presentations, superior spelling, punctuation, and grammar. Strong time and project management skills and experience. Demonstrated ability to work in an independent environment with minimal supervision and to deliver against set goals. Ability to work nights, weekends and holiday periods to meet business needs. Ability to pass a background check, if 18 years of age or older, which may include, but is not limited to, credit, criminal, DMV, previous employment, education and personal references, per Company policy, unless prohibited by federal, state, or provincial
