You will oversee financial transactions, ensure compliance with tax regulations, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our financial processes.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Specifically, the <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">key responsibilities</span> will include:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 600;\">Account Reconciliation:</span> Conduct regular reconciliations of bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable to maintain accurate financial records.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 600;\">Tax Compliance:</span> Stay updated with income tax and sales tax regulations, ensuring all financial activities comply with current laws and filing requirements.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 600;\">ERP Management:</span> Utilise QuickBooks ERP for accurate posting of financial entries and maintenance of the general ledger.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 600;\">Process Improvement:</span> Identify opportunities to enhance financial procedures and implement best practices to increase efficiency and accuracy.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 600;\">Team Collaboration:</span> Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and product, to support financial decision-making and strategic planning.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 600;\">Audit Support:</span> Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and insights into financial transactions.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 600;\">Lending Operation Support:</span> Support teammates in lending operations.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 600;\">Payments:</span> Ensure timely processing of payments, reimbursements, and disbursements.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 600;\">Banking:</span> Execute fund transfers (IFT and IBFT) accurately and ensure timely updates of bank books.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;
