Here, your expertise, talent, and commitment don’t just contribute—they make a lasting impact.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>THE OPPORTUNITY</strong></p><p>Piedmont Driving Club is seeking a Security Manager that is responsible for the overall safety and security of the club’s members, guests, employees, facilities, and assets. Develops, implements, and enforces safety and security policies and procedures. Supervises security personnel and coordinates emergency preparedness, incident response, and loss prevention efforts to maintain a safe and secure environment.</p><p><br></p><p>Reporting to Director of Facilities, you'll oversee security of both physical properties — ensuring our Main Clubhouse and Golf Club remain safe for members and their guests, year-round.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>WHAT YOU'LL DO</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Develop</strong> and enforce security and safety policies, procedures and protocols</li><li><strong>Coordinates </strong>emergency response plans, drills and training for fire, medical, weather and security events.&nbsp;</li><li><strong>Monitors</strong> and investigates incidents, accidents, thefts, and security breaches; prepares detailed reports.&nbsp;</li><li><strong>Assists </strong>with security planning and execution for special events, parties and tournaments</li></ul><p><strong>WHAT YOU'LL EARN</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Salary:</strong> $90,000 to $110,000 annually</li><li><strong>Medical insurance</strong> with employer-subsidized premiums</li><li><strong>401(k) retirement savings plan</strong> with company participation</li><li><strong>Paid time off</strong> accrued weekly</li><li><strong>Weekly pay</strong> with on-demand access for emergencies</li><li><strong>Complimentary parking, uniforms, and daily shift &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;meals</strong></li></ul>",
