This role requires attention to detail, safe work practices, and a willingness to learn and support the team wherever needed.</p><p><br/></p><p>In addition to production responsibilities, you’ll help maintain inventory accuracy, perform basic machine setup and troubleshooting, participate in continuous improvement efforts such as 5S and Kaizen, and work closely with team members to meet productivity and delivery goals.
