Must be able to strip materials using steel shot, grit, Aluminum Oxide or other agent.&nbsp; 10. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and finishing specifications as they relate tofinishing Steel Fab products. 11. Must be able to blast exterior of product to specific profiles 12. Proper usage and maintenance of respiratory equipment. 13. Must replenish the abrasive hopper when necessary. 14. Must be able to remove exhausted blasting agent from blasting room. 15. Will use various safety equipment related to blasting applications. 16. Material handling – safe operation of cranes, hoists, and forklifts as needed.&nbsp; Also successfully complete any training/safety program relating to the operation of the equipment. 17. Will be able to properly complete applicable paperwork associated with this classification. 18. Knowledge of and compliance with all safety and environmental requirements regarding blasting agents, their application and disposal.&nbsp; 19. Maintain a clean and neat work area 20. All other duties as assigned 21. Follow all policies. EQUIPMENT KNOWLEDGE: 1. Flexible and responsive with a strong teamwork orientation. 2. Good verbal and written communication skills. 3. Desire to learn new skills and improve technical knowledge. 4. Strong orientation toward quality, safety and continuous improvement. 5.
