In this strategic leadership role, you will direct refinery PMO operations, ensuring that massive capital investments are executed safely, on time, and within budget.</p><p>The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in <strong>refinery EPC</strong> (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) frameworks, a mastery of project controls, and a proven track record of managing massive financial and technical scale. You will act as the primary bridge between executive stakeholders, multidisciplinary engineering teams, and site construction operations.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Strategic PMO Leadership:</strong> Establish, standardize, and oversee the execution of PMO governance, reporting structures, and performance metrics across major regional energy assets.</li><li><strong>Project Governance:</strong> Drive the performance of <strong>engineering</strong> and <strong>construction project managers</strong> to ensure absolute alignment with rigorous technical specifications and strict safety standards.</li><li><strong>Project Controls Oversight:</strong> Supervise and mentor specialized <strong>project controls candidates</strong> and teams, ensuring institutional excellence in cost engineering, earned value management (EVM), critical path scheduling, and predictive risk modeling.</li><li><strong>Contract &amp; Risk Management:</strong> Lead the oversight of complex <strong>refinery EPC</strong> contracts, commercial risk mitigations, and change management protocols to protect project margins and delivery timelines.</li><li><strong>Stakeholder &amp; Client Alignment:</strong> Serve as the strategic advisor to corporate clients and AECOM regional leadership, delivering high-level data transparency regarding project health, cash flow, and resource optimization.</li></ul>",
