This role requires technical know-how, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to top-tier customer service. If you're ready to bring your expertise to a growing company that values integrity and craftsmanship—your next opportunity is just one door away.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities and Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong><u>Key Responsibilities</u></strong></p>\n<li><strong>Customer Focus & Product Quality </strong></li>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain a high level of customer focus in producing quality products and services</li>\n <li>Maintain a full understanding of all products</li>\n <li>Perform small projects as directed by Management</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<li><strong>Technical Knowledge</strong></li>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain a full understanding of all products and a basic knowledge of equipment to identify needed repairs</li>\n <li>Read and understand instructions and procedure manuals</li>\n <li>Accurately read a tape measure and perform basic math skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<li><strong>Miscellaneous </strong></li>\n<ul>\n <li>Support our values in the stated areas of Safety, Customer Focus, Teamwork, Integrity and being a Company of Choice for both employees and customers</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Qualifications</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Able to work in a diverse, fast paced, technology-driven environment</li>\n <li>Must be reliable and be detail oriented</li>\n <li>Eager to learn and use skill set to advance in career</li>\n <li>Experience with commercial doors, frames, or hardware preferred</li>\n <li>High school diploma, general education degree (GED), or equivalent work experience and/or training</li>\n <li>Minimum 2-year experience in fast paced, technical, and related industry position</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Compensation and Benefits</h2>\n<p><strong><u>Reports To</u></strong></p>\n<p>Branch Manager </p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong><u>Compensation </u></strong></p>\n<p>The listed pay range reflects the expected base rate for this position; actual compensation may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, and cost of living in the assigned market.
