We all love what we do, and we have fun doing it!</p><p><strong>ROLE SUMMARY:</strong></p><p>The Sales Representative is responsible for supporting sales operations within a designated territory. This role focuses on visiting retail accounts, building customer relationships, and helping drive product sales, distribution, and shelf presence for the Eagle portfolio.</p><ul><li>Visit assigned retail accounts to increase sales volume, monitor pricing, and maintain shelf placement.</li><li>Help expand shelf space and improve product positioning across the full Eagle portfolio.</li><li>Gather market and customer information and report insights on buying trends and customer needs.</li><li>Support the development and execution of sales strategies to help increase market share and revenue growth.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with retail customers by addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.</li><li>Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new sales opportunities.</li><li>Make informed decisions on retail inventory needs based on sales history and performance data.</li><li>Attend sales meetings to review performance, discuss competition, and identify areas for improvement.</li><li>Represent Eagle at promotions, events, and in-store marketing activities.</li></ul><p><strong>Compensation:</strong>&nbsp;$42,000 annual base salary, plus eligibility for an annual Performance Incentive Program (PFP) bonus of up to $18,000.</p><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p><ul><li>Associate degree and/or equivalent training and work experience in Sales or Business</li><li>Strong analytical skills</li><li>Strong customer service skills</li></ul><p><strong>WHY EAGLE DISTRIBUTING:</strong><br>We pride ourselves on being Agile, Innovative, and Elite.
