    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The Longo Lexus VIP Delivery Driver, also known as a <strong>Flat Bed / Tow Truck Driver</strong>, will be responsible for the delivery and pick-up of dealership and guest vehicles. Our ideal candidate is energetic, self-motivated, a team player,  has excellent communication skills, has guest service experience, and approaches every task with a positive attitude.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Experience driving a flatbed tow truck is not required, but is a plus! </strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This is a great opportunity to grow with Longo Lexus!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The Flat Bed Driver has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of  $20.00. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>*This position is located 100% onsite at Longo Lexus in El Monte, CA.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Perks of working with us:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Weekly Pay - get paid every Friday.</li>\n <li>401k with a generous Company match </li>\n <li>Vacation (accruals earned on Full Time or Part Time status)</li>\n <li>Vision, dental, and medical care benefits available to any team <strong>full time</strong> team member</li>\n <li>Team member Referral Bonus Program</li>\n <li>Tuition reimbursement </li>\n <li>Discounts with Corporate Partners like GE, Dell, Oakley, Yeti, Ray Ban, and many more….</li>\n <li>Development and growth opportunities</li>\n <li>Free Employee Parking</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Picks up and delivers vehicles for both Sales and Service departments.</li>\n <li>Loads and unloads vehicles on flatbed/tow truck.</li>\n <li>Arrives to scheduled appointments on a timely manner and maintains communication with guests regarding any changes to scheduled time.</li>\n <li>Maintains constant communication with the dispatcher on schedule and appointments.</li>\n <li>Inspects and maintains flat bed/tow truck vehicle supplies and equipment, such as gas, oil, water, tires, lights, and brakes in order to ensure that vehicles are in proper working condition.</li>\n <li>Performs emergency repairs such as changing tires or installing light bulbs, fuses, tire chains, and spark plugs.</li>\n <li>Obeys traffic laws and follows established traffic and transportation procedures.</li>\n <li>Must follow all company safety policies and practices.</li>\n <li>Assists the service department, as needed</li>\n <li>Operated all tools and equipment in a safe manner.</li>\n <li>Maintains high ethical standards in all actions.</li>\n <li>Maintains a high level of grooming, hygiene, and uniform appearance</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>A high school diploma or equivalent.</li>\n <li>A minimum of one (1) year experience with driving a tow truck desired.</li>\n <li>Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles; determining causes of operating errors and deciding what to do about it; pay attention to detail; read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; read and comprehend instructions and information in the English language; work well with the public.</li>\n <li>Must have a valid driver’s license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Physical Demands</strong></p>\n<p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
