will support the clinical staff of the behavioral health team.&nbsp; They are responsible for ensuring clinical staff are equipped with the necessary tools to provide quality services and improve clinical outcomes, creating a positive family experience.&nbsp; This requires passion, commitment to an open and honest communication process, servant leadership and being deeply engaged with improving the lives of our employees and patients by improving the clinical quality of the company.</span></p>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\"><strong>ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS</strong>:</span></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\">Perform assessments and write treatment plans for clients with a variety of diagnoses, primarily autism spectrum disorder</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\">Ability to independently run a caseload of 30 hours/week to include direct sessions when needed, supervision, and caregiver skills training</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\">Provide weekly supervision and oversight of RBTs, BCaBAs, and BCBAs</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\">Provide weekly or monthly caregiver skills trainings to families as needed or requested, including group caregiver skills training</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\">Implements policies and procedures that will improve day-to-day operations for the team</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\">Ensure accurate and timely data integrity</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\">Communicates and explains new directives, policies or procedures to team members</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\">Evaluate programming and graphs on weekly basis</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\">Assist with clinical audits/review of programming, treatment plan development, and intervention planning to ensure ethical research based standards.</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\">Identify training needs for the ABA team and execute competency based training based on those needs</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\">Maintain positive work culture and &ldquo;system of support&rsquo;for both staff and families by projecting a positive image of the organization</span></li>\n</ul>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\"><strong>MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES</strong>:</span></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\"><span dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"EN\" style=\"color:black\">Provide positive leadership and team building based on respect, cooperation, and competence</span></span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\"><span dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"EN\" style=\"color:black\">Take personal responsibility for actions; We are passionate about the growth, development, and collaboration of all our team members, and we are committed to improving ourselves so that we can better serve our clients.\\n\\nPURPOSE:\\n\\nThe Senior Behavior Analyst&nbsp; will support the clinical staff of the behavioral health team.&nbsp; They are responsible for ensuring clinical staff are equipped with the necessary tools to provide quality services and improve clinical outcomes, creating a positive family experience.&nbsp; S/he will be responsible for leading the company&rsquo;s two core objectives:\\n\\n1.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Exceptional Patient Experience:&nbsp; Rise Pediatric Therapies patient experience is of the utmost importance and is their highest priority.&nbsp; Serving their clients and creating a system of support is their mission.&nbsp; The Senior Behavior Analyst will be responsible for leading the team to make sure they are providing the best possible patient experience in all aspects of daily activities.&nbsp; \\n\\n2.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Company Culture:&nbsp; Rise Pediatric Therapies recognizes that culture is the lifeblood of the company and is vital to strengthening and providing an exceptional patient experience.&nbsp; The Senior Behavior Analyst will be responsible for maintaining and expanding upon their relaxed but enthusiastic professional work environment.&nbsp; This requires passion, commitment to an open and honest communication process, servant leadership and being deeply engaged with improving the lives of our employees and patients by improving the clinical quality of the company.\\n\\nESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:\\n\\n\\n\\tPerform assessments and write treatment plans for clients with a variety of diagnoses, primarily autism spectrum disorder\\n\\tAbility to independently run a caseload of 30 hours/week to include direct sessions when needed, supervision, and caregiver skills training\\n\\tProvide weekly supervision and oversight of RBTs, BCaBAs, and BCBAs\\n\\tProvide weekly or monthly caregiver skills trainings to families as needed or requested, including group caregiver skills training\\n\\tImplements policies and procedures that will improve day-to-day operations for the team\\n\\tEnsure accurate and timely data integrity\\n\\tCommunicates and explains new directives, policies or procedures to team members\\n\\tEvaluate programming and graphs on weekly basis\\n\\tAssist with clinical audits/review of programming, treatment plan development, and intervention planning to ensure ethical research based standards.\\n\\tIdentify training needs for the ABA team and execute competency based training based on those needs\\n\\tMaintain positive work culture and &ldquo;system of support&rsquo;for both staff and families by projecting a positive image of the organization\\n\\n\\nMANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES:\\n\\n\\n\\tProvide positive leadership and team building based on respect, cooperation, and competence\\n\\tTake personal responsibility for actions; use effective problem solving skills and seek support when needed\\n\\tThrough regular supervision, feedback and performance evaluations, ensure that employees effectively perform the essential functions of their position \\n\\tConduct, attend or facilitate regular staff meetings \\n\\n\\nREQUIRED SKILLS:\\n\\n\\n\\tThorough understanding of practices, theories, and policies involved in Applied Behavior Analysis services.\\n\\tSuperior verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.\\n\\tStrong knowledge of commercial insurance and Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems\\n\\tHigh level of compassion and empathy when communicating with families entering services\\n\\tExtremely proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.\\n\\tExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail.\\n\\tExcellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.\\n\\n\\nMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:\\n\\n\\n\\tMust hold a current BCBA certification with the BACB and remain in good standing\\n\\t5 years experience as a BCBA and previous management experience\\n\\tAbility to analyze data and make changes based on information\\n\\tAbility to provide feedback and shape behavior of clinicians\\n\\tMust be able to pass a background check\\n\\tMust have current basic first aid and CPR certification\\n\\tMust have reliable transportation\\n\\n\\nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:\\n\\n\\n\\tAbility to move from sitting to standing and squatting to sanding quickly\\n\\tLift up to 50 pounds at a time\\n\\tAssume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) for extended periods\\n\\n\\n&nbsp;\\n\\nNOTE:&nbsp; This job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the employee occupying this position.
