Your responsibilities will include: Contract Management: Oversee contract system management, including endorsement and approval flows, and take ownership of the contracts database. Lead the preparation, revision, and coordination of various contracts, engaging in thorough reviews and negotiations on contract conditions. Leading the team: Provide direction and mentorship to the legal team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Oversee day-to-day activities and workload distribution.  Corporate Document Management: Take charge of the preparation, review, and coordination of corporate and operational documents, ensuring clarity and alignment with legal standards. Organizing Legal department work:  structure the approach both within internal team and external partners, assure all legal documents are gathered and located in an organized manner.  GDPR Compliance: Lead consultations on the application of data protection legislation, ensuring our practices align with the highest standards of data security and privacy. Assure implementation of DAP function within the organization as per legal requirements.  Legal Framework Development: Shape and refine the legal framework of the organization. Lead the development of group-wide policies, and guidelines, ensuring alignment with industry best practices. Cooperation with HR department: in EU Pay Transparency Directive implementation as per requirements of Lithuanian law.  Colleague Advisory:  Offer expert advice to colleagues on legal issues pertaining to the Company's operations, fostering a culture of legal awareness and compliance. Legal Analysis and Consulting: Conduct in-depth analysis of legal acts, preparing comprehensive legal conclusions on activities carried out by the group of companies. Provide legal consultation to department heads and top management, contributing to informed decision-making. We expect You to have: Possess a Law degree with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a legal officer. Have at least 3 years of successful team management experience.  Demonstrate strong knowledge and work experience in corporate law. Possess a solid understanding of the provisions and principles of labor relations, GDPR, Code of Civil Procedure, demonstrating a comprehensive grasp of relevant legal frameworks and showcasing your ability to navigate complex data protection regulations. Exhibit fluency in English, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate across diverse stakeholders. Showcase excellent communication and collaboration skills, enabling you to convey complex legal topics to various stakeholders with clarity. Be a proactive, independent, and result-oriented professional, ready to lead and drive legal initiatives within the organization. Have experience in aviation or transport industry (strong advantage).
