          "text": "<p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Title of Position: </strong><strong>E-Commerce &amp; Marketplace Manager</strong></p><p><strong>Location: </strong><strong>Dubuque, IA -Onsite</strong></p><p><strong>Duration: Full Time </strong></p><p><strong>Employment: Permanent</strong></p><p><strong>Salary: $Negotiable</strong></p><p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Job Description:</strong></p><p>We are looking for a&#xa0;hands-on E-Commerce &amp; Marketplace Manager&#xa0;to&#xa0;own, build, and scale&#xa0;our online sales channels. This is an&#xa0;all-in-one role&#xa0;for someone who understands what sells, how to price it, and how to execute across platforms—while working directly in the store with real inventory.</p><p>This is&#xa0;not&#xa0;an entry-level posting role. We need someone with&#xa0;2–3+ years of real e-commerce marketplace experience&#xa0;who can take ownership and produce results.</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>List and manage products across:</li><li>Facebook Marketplace</li><li>Facebook &amp; Instagram Shops</li><li>eBay</li><li>Additional platforms as appropriate (OfferUp, Shopify, etc.)</li><li>Write optimized titles, descriptions, and pricing based on demand and market data</li><li>Understand&#xa0;what sells vs. what doesn’t&#xa0;in resale, liquidation, scratch-and-dent, and open-box categories</li><li>Manage photos, condition notes, and accurate listings</li><li>Coordinate&#xa0;in-store inventory → online listings</li><li>Track performance, pricing trends, sell-through rates, and listing optimization</li><li>Handle customer inquiries and marketplace messages</li><li>Oversee order processing, packing coordination, and handoff for shipping or pickup</li><li>Ensure accounts stay compliant with marketplace rules and best practices</li><li>Help build&#xa0;repeatable systems and SOPs&#xa0;for scaling online sales</li><li>Work directly with ownership to improve and expand e-commerce revenue</li></ul><p><strong>Required Experience</strong></p><ul><li>2–3+ years of hands-on e-commerce experience</li><li>Strong experience with&#xa0;eBay, Amazon and Facebook Marketplace</li><li>Proven understanding of:</li><li>Pricing strategy</li><li>Sell-through rates</li><li>Competitive research</li><li>Listing optimization</li><li>Experience selling&#xa0;physical goods, preferably:</li><li>Furniture</li><li>Appliances</li><li>Home improvement products</li><li>Liquidation / open-box / scratch-and-dent items</li><li>Comfortable working&#xa0;in-store, handling inventory, and coordinating with staff</li></ul><p><strong>Required:</strong></p><ul><li>Shopify experience</li><li>Multi-channel listing tools</li><li>Knowledge of shipping workflows for large or oversized items</li><li>Experience building or improving e-commerce systems from scratch</li></ul><p><strong>What This Role Is NOT</strong></p><ul><li>Not remote</li><li>Not just posting pictures</li><li>Not a passive admin role</li></ul><p>This is a&#xa0;builder role&#xa0;for someone who wants ownership, responsibility, and growth.</p><p><strong>About Arthur Grand</strong></p><p>Arthur Grand is an IT services firm specializing in Digital Transformation initiatives for Federal, Commercial, State &amp; local customers.
