    "description": "<p>Delta Area Economic Corporation, a Missouri Community Action Agency, is seeking a Home Based Lead Teacher.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>The Home Based Lead Teacher is r<span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">esponsible for providing comprehensive program services to children and families enrolled in the Early Head Start home based program.  Builds and maintains positive relationships with children and families.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">The applicant must possess the ability to plan and implement weekly home visits that are based on the individual needs of the children.
