      "text": "What we are looking for: ",
      "content": "<div>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>5+ years of UX research experience.</li>\n<li>Bachelor’s or MS in a human behaviour-related field (or equivalent and demonstrable work experience).</li>\n<li>Proficiency at conducting a wide array of qualitative and quantitative research methods, including surveys, user interviews, usability testing, observational methods, card sorting, etc.</li>\n<li>Experience working with large data sets, including a solid proficiency with basic statistics, and the ability to calculate the necessary sample size.</li>\n<li>Experience with testing in person and remotely.</li>\n<li>Success in supporting delivery of concurrent projects.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Strong communication skills with ability to appeal to a wide audience.</li>\n<li>High proficiency with Microsoft Office products, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.</li>\n<li>Experience in Financial Services or other Regulated industries and/or Rep Experience (RX).</li>\n\n</ul></div>"
