We are currently seeking skilled and motivated Service Plumbers to join our team.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What's In It For Me?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Market Value Compensation</li>\n <li>Robust PTO Plan</li>\n <li>Health, Vision and Dental plans for you and your family to choose from</li>\n <li>401K Retirement Plan with company match up to 30%</li>\n <li>Life Insurance, Short-Term and Long-Term Disability</li>\n <li>Special Program Options: FSA, EPA, Legal Services, and Identity Theft</li>\n <li>Continuous Training for your Professional Development</li>\n <li>Working in a dynamic, collaborative, and fun environment</li>\n <li>Coached and supported career growth</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>What Will I Do?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Schedule and monitor daily technician schedule</li>\n <li>Review, analyze, and audit work orders</li>\n <li>Dispatch work orders to field technicians according to priority and location</li>\n <li>Receive and record completed work orders from the field technicians</li>\n <li>Contact customers to confirm next-day appointments</li>\n <li>Communicate with field personnel via Outlook</li>\n <li>Handle paperwork for assigned departments and technicians</li>\n <li>Maintain accurate technician database</li>\n <li>Coordinate parts scheduling </li>\n <li>Coordinate warranty installations with other divisions</li>\n <li>Answer general questions regarding rebates, system operations, warranties, etc. from customers</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Do I Have What It Takes?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma or GED preferred</li>\n <li>Minimum 3 years of dispatching experience, preferably in HVAC, Plumbing, or a related industry</li>\n <li>Basic computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft applications</li>\n <li>Experience with Service Titan is a plus</li>\n <li>Must be able to work evenings and weekends</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Wrench Group and its affiliates are proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
