font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">About the Role</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">The Designer for Marketing &amp; Event Collaterals is responsible for the execution and production of marketing materials and event assets that support business development and brand visibility.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">This role is primarily focused on the operational delivery of high-quality physical and digital collaterals used in trade shows, conferences, webinars, and field marketing initiatives.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Working closely with the Creative Marketing Lead and the Event Manager, this position ensures that all event-related materials — from printed white papers to booth graphics — are produced accurately, on time, and aligned with company standards.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">This is a hands-on, execution-driven role with a strong emphasis on production, coordination, and logistical management.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Core Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: square;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Event Collateral Production: </span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Design and prepare print-ready marketing materials (White Papers, flyers, leaflets, booklets, roll-ups, and booth graphics) using </span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) or</span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"> Canva; Coordinate print production with external vendors and suppliers</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Event Asset Management &amp; Logistics: </span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Manage inventory and stock of event materials (printed collateral, swag, booth elements, etc.); Oversee shipping, delivery, and on-site readiness of event assets; Ensure timely replenishment and reordering of marketing materials</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Marketing Production Support: </span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Maintain and update templates for recurring materials (white papers, one-pagers, banners, videos);
