You may have the skills for this role.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Days and Hours:</strong></p>\n<p>Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<strong>Benefits for Full Time Employees:</strong>\n<ul>\n <li>Salary $22.40 to $24.49  per hour depending on expereince</li>\n <li>Medical, Dental and Vison insurance</li>\n <li>401(k) plan with Employer Match</li>\n <li>Paid Vacation</li>\n <li>Paid Sick Time</li>\n <li>Manufacturing Training programs and apprenticeships through the Council of Industry</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>The Assistant Team Leader must be able to perform at an entry level while directing and coordinating activities of the Kiln department. The right individual will assist the Kiln Department Team Leader to meet production schedules, maintain quality standards and ensure a safe work environment.</p>\n<p>Will assist the Team Leader in resolving discrepancies and production issues.</p>\n<p>The production schedule runs over a three (3) shifts. The assistant team leader would work a normal first shift, but must be flexible when needed. In addition, must be able to work in a hot environment and be able to stand for long periods of time</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Minimum Education/Experience Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)</li>\n <li>1+ year of on the job training and or supervisory experience </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Education / Experience Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Associate Degree and or Vocational / Technical Education or Technical Training Certificate</li>\n <li>1+ years on the job training and or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Demonstrates leadership, motivation & people management</li>\n <li>Strong technical aptitude and knowledge</li>\n <li>In depth knowledge of performance metrics</li>\n <li>Ability to use any equipment required in the functioning of assigned production department</li>\n <li>Ability to operate CMS / ERP system effectively</li>\n <li>Developed math skills and mechanical aptitude</li>\n <li>Working knowledge of statistical process control</li>\n <li>Ability to manage multiple production areas</li>\n <li>PC / Computer skills necessary to schedule operations</li>\n <li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently and meet demanding time schedules</li>\n <li>Strong organizational skills, time management, scheduling and prioritization skills </li>\n <li>Strong analytical and problem solving skills</li>\n <li>Ability to perform interviews and conduct team member annual performance evaluations</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Company Website</h2>\n<p>https://www.fair-rite.com/</p>\n<h2>Company Profile</h2>\n<p>Fair-Rite Products Corp. is a family-owned business that was formed in 1952 in Wallkill, New York USA.
