More ways to build a career that moves you forward.\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Group 1 Automotive is seeking experienced Main Line Automotive Technicians to support our Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram (CJDR ) dealership in Edmond.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This opportunity is designed for skilled, bumper-to-bumper technicians with strong diagnostic capabilities across drivability, electrical, suspension, brakes, engines, and transmissions—and who take pride in performing high-quality work.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>Whether you are a Stellantis‑certified technician, Master Technician, or a highly skilled tech ready to advance, this role offers long-term career growth, manufacturer support, and increased earning potential as your skills and certifications progress.\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Diagnose and repair complex automotive systems including engine, transmission, drivability, electrical, HVAC, suspension, and braking systems</li>\n <li>Perform advanced diagnostics using professional scan tools and testing equipment</li>\n <li>Independently manage assigned bay(s), repair orders, and workflow</li>\n <li>Accurately document diagnostics, repair recommendations, and completed work</li>\n <li>Collaborate with service advisors to explain repair needs and timelines</li>\n <li>Maintain productivity and quality in a flat‑rate or performance‑based environment</li>\n <li>Adhere to shop safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Master Technicians and advanced diagnostic techs strongly encouraged to apply</li>\n <li>2+ years of professional automotive repair experience</li>\n <li>CJDR / Stellantis dealership experience strongly preferred</li>\n <li>Stellantis (Mopar) certifications a plus</li>\n <li>Proven ability to independently manage workflow and repairs</li>\n <li>Strong diagnostic skills with minimal supervision</li>\n <li>Solid understanding of:\n  <ul>\n   <li>Electrical systems</li>\n   <li>Engine and drivability diagnostics</li>\n   <li>Suspension, steering, braking, and HVAC systems</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Experience performing major repairs in an OEM dealership environment</li>\n <li>Own professional-grade tools required for main line technician work</li>\n <li>Valid driver’s license with clean driving record</li>\n</ul> \n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Pay, Compensation & Benefits:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>$40+ per flat hour</strong> for experienced Main Line Technicians</li>\n <li><strong>$50+ per flat hour</strong> for Master‑Level Technicians</li>\n <li>Pay is based on experience, skill level, certifications, and performance</li>\n <li>Certification‑based pay increases as you progress in your career</li>\n <li>High‑volume dealerships providing consistent workflow</li>\n <li><em>Earnings and flag hours may vary based on productivity, experience, and business needs.
