Your attention to detail and dedication to property upkeep directly contribute to the overall satisfaction and positive experience within our community. </p>\n<p> </p>The position will include working weekends and weekdays, as needed.  \n<h3>Responsibilities:</h3>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Maintain the cleanliness of common areas, hallways, and entryways through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting</p></li>\n <li><p>Power wash sidewalks, courtyard areas, and parking lots</p></li>\n <li><p>Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper waste disposal following company policies and local regulations</p></li>\n <li><p>Clean and sanitize public spaces, including restrooms, fitness centers, community rooms, and other amenities</p></li>\n <li><p>Assist with setup and cleanup for events, meetings, and resident activities</p></li>\n <li><p>Monitor and report maintenance issues such as leaks, broken fixtures, or damages to appropriate personnel</p></li>\n <li><p>Keep outdoor areas tidy by picking up litter and maintaining landscaping appearance</p></li>\n <li><p>Perform minor maintenance tasks, including changing light bulbs and fixing small repairs</p></li>\n <li><p>Assist with package delivery and distribution to residents as needed</p></li>\n <li><p>Collaborate with the maintenance team to support their efforts</p></li>\n <li><p>Maintain a positive, helpful attitude when interacting with residents and visitors</p></li>\n <li><p>Follow safety protocols and properly handle and store cleaning materials</p></li>\n <li><p>Support the Maintenance Supervisor in building a motivated, skilled, organized, and productive team that represents the company professionally at all times</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>May not be all-inclusive.</em> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<h3>Qualifications</h3>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Bilingual in Spanish and English, with proficiency in English</p></li>\n <li><p>High school diploma or equivalent</p></li>\n <li><p>Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor</p></li>\n <li><p>Proficient in Microsoft Outlook for consistent communication and updates</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to maintain regular communication with lead maintenance technician and Chief Building Engineer</p></li>\n <li><p>Previous experience in custodial, maintenance, or related roles preferred</p></li>\n <li><p>Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently</p></li>\n <li><p>Physical capability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects or equipment</p></li>\n <li><p>Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed</p></li>\n <li><p>Understanding of rotating weekend schedule for trash pickup and trash chute clearing</p></li>\n <li><p>Demonstrated commitment to maintaining a neat and organized work environment</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Who You Are</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and who sees every challenge as an opportunity to improve the resident experience.
