As a Floorcare Technician, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and restoring floor surfaces throughout a high-security aerospace site. This is a hands-on role where you’ll stay active, use specialized equipment, and play a key part in keeping the facility looking its best.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Location:</strong> Woodland Hills, CA<strong>Hours:</strong> 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM (Every other Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM)<strong>Days:</strong> Monday – Friday<strong>Pay:</strong> $21.50 per hour<strong>Site Requirement:</strong> All employees <strong>must be U.S. Citizens</strong> and must successfully <strong>complete and clear a background check</strong> for employment and site badging.</p>\n<h2>What You Will Do</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform floor care duties including stripping, waxing, buffing, and polishing hard floor surfaces.</li>\n <li>Operate floor care equipment such as buffers, scrubbers, burnishers, and vacuums.</li>\n <li>Sweep, mop, and maintain hard floors to ensure a clean and safe environment.</li>\n <li>Identify and address floor maintenance needs to maintain appearance and safety standards.</li>\n <li>Follow proper procedures for chemical use, dilution, and equipment handling.</li>\n <li>Maintain and clean floor care equipment after use.</li>\n <li>Inspect completed work to ensure it meets site procedures and Servicon quality standards.</li>\n <li>Follow all safety guidelines and participate in required training; perform additional duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What It Takes To Be Successful</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>1+ yr. floor technician experience is preferred</li>\n <li>Must have a valid driver's license </li>\n <li>High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred)</li>\n <li>Extensive floor care product knowledge</li>\n <li>Working knowledge of multiple hard floor surfaces (marble, granite, VCT, etc.)</li>\n <li>Working knowledge of carpet cleaning procedures (shampooing, extracting, bonneting)</li>\n <li>Ability to perform window cleaning and power washing duties</li>\n <li>Proficient verbal / written communication skills (Spanish a plus)</li>\n <li>Planning / scheduling, problem solving</li>\n <li>Time management skills</li>\n <li>Proven organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, delegate and follow-up</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Covid-19 vaccination requirements may vary by client site. </strong></p>\n<h2>Why You Will Love It Here</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>A friendly, respectful, energetic corporate culture that will allow you to thrive</li>\n <li>Work in an environment where you can see the difference you make daily!</li>\n <li>Employee Assistance Program (EAP)</li>\n <li>Safe harbor 401(k) with company matching (if applicable) </li>\n</ul>",
