      "text": "REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:",
      "content": "\n<li>\n<p>Formal degree in cinematography or video/film production.&nbsp; Significant demonstrated professional experience without this degree will also be considered.</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Understand the full spectrum of the production process including camera operation, lighting and audio capture</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Excellent videography and editing skills, experienced in directing talent.</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Experience with shooting with Canon C200’s or equivalent, 3-point lighting, audio recording and mixing</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Proficient knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, Media Encoder, and Audition</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Experience with Adobe After Effects highly preferred</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Experience with Color Correction using Lumetri</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Experience with green-screen based studio/on-location production work, and have a deep understanding of its workflows.</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Experience with AI generations for video and voice-overs highly preferred</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Ability to think on feet, multi-task, prioritize and work under pressure.</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>A valid driver's license and the ability to rent a vehicle.</p>\n</li>\n"
