Description
POSITION PURPOSE:
Compile and analyze basic information which is to be placed in reports, summaries, presentations, charts, graphs, or tables as necessary to support the Quality Assurance department.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Other duties may be assigned):
The scope of this position is to provide support to FSQS personnel ensuring product quality and food safety program compliance by compiling data and completing appropriate reports.
Communication: Ensure timely and appropriate communication with management teams by maintaining and send out reports on supplied dates, ensure compliance to regulatory, food safety and customer expectations. Send supplier complaints when product is outside of specification requirements. The clerk must be in their work area, ready to work at the posted start time. Reporting: Maintain records and filing and the foreign material log Send out accurate daily, weekly, bi-weekly, and or monthly reports to management, suppliers and customers.
REQUIREMENTS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
QUALIFICATIONS High School diploma required; Degree preferred Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint Excellent Communications skills
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Ability to sit for up to 8 hours in a day. May be required to stand for up to 2 hours per day. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. on occasion to move files or product. Some duties may be performed in a refrigerated manufacturing environment Associates are required to IMMEDIATELY REPORT any injury to themselves, damage to any equipment or facilities of Dorada Foods and/or equipment of any Dorada Foods authorized vendors, contractors, etc., to their Supervisor, Superintendent or Manager.
Associates are REQUIRED, AS A CONDITION OF EMPLOYMENT, to work with management to IMMEDIATELY identify and correct all unsafe acts or unsafe working conditions.
It is the RESPONSIBILITY OF EACH ASSOCIATE to work UNDER CONTROL and to follow all established safety policies, rules, programs, and practices at all times
Lock Out Tag Out and Confined Space Programs should be strictly adhered to.
