    "requisitionDescription": "<p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\">Performance Health is looking for energetic, collaborative team members to join our new distribution center in Salt Lake City.&nbsp;Working within a team, the Material Handler is responsible for the safe moving of product to a desired location&nbsp;and completes all assigned tasks productively with a high regard for quality. Must be certified and consistently operate a Reach Truck and/or Order Picker 75% of shift daily.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Essential Job Duties &amp; Responsibilities</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Stocks pick locations, pick orders via WMS tool, and moves any other material as needed</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Proper picks the correct quantity and product per the WMS tool</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Collaborate with the Supervisor of the different functional areas to determine the work centers wants and needs to ensure adequate materials are available</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Verifies proper inventory at work centers by cycle counting</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Puts away finished stock for shipment in to the required locations within the DC</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Rotate incoming and existing materials to ensure FIFO requirements</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ensures all raw materials are labeled properly with appropriate required information</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Organize and maintain the accuracy of inventory</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintain and update necessary paperwork</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintains the DC in a neat, clean and orderly condition</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Operates pallet jacks and forklifts as and when needed but must be certified and operate Reach and/or Order Picker 75% of daily shift</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintains material-handling equipment by completing pre-use inspections</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Performs other duties as assigned</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Job Qualifications</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">High School Diploma or equivalent</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Minimum 3+ years of distribution experience</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong computer knowledge and experience</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to obtain OSHA approved forklift operation license</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong attention to detail</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Clear communication skills</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Previous Material Handling experience preferred</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Benefits</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Our benefits include healthcare; insurance benefits; retirement programs; paid time off plans; family and parenting leaves; wellness programs; discount purchase programs.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">This is a full-time position with competitive hourly pay rate plus benefits.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:.5in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duties satisfactorily.
