Turning Point offers a full continuum of programs for adults with psychiatric and chemical dependency treatment issues. Treatment programs combine bio-psychosocial therapy with the 12-step recovery philosophy.</p>\n<p><strong>Position Overview:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Role:</strong> General Psychiatrist comfortable with Substance Abuse/Dual Diagnosis or Addiction Psychiatrist </li>\n <li><strong>Patient Population:</strong> Adult Dual Diagnosis/ Substance Abuse </li>\n <li><strong>Schedule:</strong>Flexible, 3-5 days a week on-site, daytime hours.</li>\n <li><strong>Weekend and weeknight call -</strong> No call required </li>\n <li><strong>Employment Type:</strong>Full-time employed part-time or full-time position, on-site only.</li>\n <li><strong>Daily caseload</strong> - Negotiable </li>\n <li><strong>Additional earnings potential:</strong> Extra call options and Productivity Bonus Plan.   </li>\n <li><strong>EMR:</strong> Cerner</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Conduct admission evaluations, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing treatment follow-up for adult patients.</li>\n <li>Participate in daily treatment team meetings.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.</li>\n <li>Complete required patient documentation and notes in accordance with facility guidelines. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Position Highlights:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Flexible employed Part-time (3 days a week) or Full-time (5 days a week) schedule with no call disruption allowing for the ultimate life/work balance. </li>\n <li>Fully staffed Medical Staff Services office providing administrative support.</li>\n <li>Opportunity to work with residents through Georgia South Psychiatric Residency and medical students with PCOM-South Georgia campus.</li>\n <li>Collegial work environment with other psychiatrists, NPs, PAs, therapists and nurses.</li>\n <li>Comprehensive Benefits Package to include Malpractice coverage, 401k with Employer Matching, Sign-on Bonus, Relocation Assistance, CME Allowance, Paid Time Off and more!  </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Education:</strong> M.D./D.O. with Board Eligibility/Certification in General Psychiatry or Addiction Psychiatry </li>\n <li><strong>Training: </strong>Successful completion of an accredited General Psychiatry residency.
