    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><span lang=\"en-NL\"><strong>CSMART</strong> is currently looking for a full-time Junior Instructor (Electrical) as part of the Operations Department.</span></p><p><span lang=\"en-NL\">Reporting to a Senior Instructor and indirectly to the Senior Manager – Technical, this role supports course delivery, preparation, and development, while focusing on current and emerging technologies, crew resource management, and company procedures achieved through training and simulations.</span></p><p><span lang=\"en-NL\">As a Junior Instructor (Electrical), your responsibilities, amongst others, will include:</span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type:disc;\"><li><span lang=\"en-NL\">Coordinating with lead instructors to ensure classrooms, simulators, and materials are ready before courses start</span></li><li><span lang=\"en-NL\">Assisting in delivering courses according to CSMART’s course delivery process and quality standards</span></li><li><span lang=\"en-NL\">Supporting participant appraisal, certification, and follow-up processes</span></li><li><span lang=\"en-NL\">Resetting equipment and reporting deficiencies after courses</span></li><li><span lang=\"en-NL\">Completing post-course documentation and assisting with course reviews</span></li><li><span lang=\"en-NL\">Contributing to course development initiatives as needed</span></li><li><span lang=\"en-NL\">Taking ownership of professional development, including observing other courses and staying updated on technology and procedures</span></li></ul><p><span lang=\"en-NL\"><strong>Requirements &amp; Experience</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type:disc;\"><li><span lang=\"en-NL\">Minimum experience as 3rd ETO (or higher) in the cruise industry</span></li><li><span lang=\"en-NL\">Cruise ship experience is preferred</span></li><li><span lang=\"en-NL\">Experience in teaching/instructing would be an asset</span></li><li><span lang=\"en-NL\">Fluent written and verbal English</span></li></ul><p><span lang=\"en-NL\"><strong>Skills</strong>&nbsp;</span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type:disc;\"><li><span lang=\"en-NL\">Knowledge of computers, networks, and MS Office 365</span></li><li><span lang=\"en-NL\">Strong interpersonal and communication skills</span></li><li><span lang=\"en-NL\">Works well in a multi-cultural team</span></li><li><span lang=\"en-NL\">Ability to work unassisted</span></li></ul><p><span lang=\"en-NL\">As part of our remuneration package, CSMART offers successful candidates a competitive salary &amp; benefits.</span></p><p><span lang=\"en-NL\">To know more about our organization, have a look at our website: www.csmartalmere.com.</span></p><p><span lang=\"en-NL\">This is your chance to join us.
