Happy you.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Purpose / Summary</span></p>\n<p>The Shipping and Receiving Leader plays a key role in ensuring the efficient and accurate flow of materials and finished goods within the Farmina Reidsville manufacturing facility. This position is a hands on leader responsible is for coordinating all inbound and outbound shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring compliance with company quality and safety standards. The Leader serves as the primary point of contact between the production, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and finished pet food products. This role supports Farmina’s commitment to operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and maintaining the highest standards in pet nutrition manufacturing.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Work Environment</span></p>\n<p>This role involves working in a fast-paced manufacturing plant environment with exposure to loud noise, heavy machinery, and varying temperatures. The Warehouse Supervisor may be required to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift, up to 50 lbs.
