Work week is Monday through Friday afternoon.  $100.00 per day per diem for locations over 30 miles from Janke General Office in Athens WI.,  Monday through Thursday. Along with a 401K matching percentage.   Room for advancement. </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> </span></p>\n<p><em><br></em></p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">The Truck Driver/ Dump Truck Diver</span> is responsible for transporting materials, tools, and equipment to and from</em></p>\n<p><em>job sites</em></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><em>Roles and Responsibilities:</em></span></p>\n<p><em>• Transportation and Delivery:</em></p>\n<p><span><em>o </em></span><em>Safely operate company trucks to transport construction materials,</em></p>\n<p><em>equipment, and tools between the yard and job sites.</em></p>\n<p><span><em>o </em></span><em>Drive vehicles with a Gross Vehicle Weight over 26,000 lbs</em></p>\n<p><span><em>o </em></span><em>Ensure timely and accurate deliveries, adhering to project schedules and</em></p>\n<p><em>priorities.</em></p>\n<p><span><em>o </em></span><em>Verify delivery loads against packing slips and ensure materials are in good</em></p>\n<p><em>condition.</em></p>\n<p><em>• Loading and Unloading:</em></p>\n<p><span><em>o </em></span><em>Assist in loading and unloading trucks</em></p>\n<p><span><em>o </em></span><em>Secure loads properly to prevent shifting, damage, or spillage during transit.</em></p>\n<p><em>• Equipment and Vehicle Maintenance:</em></p>\n<p><span><em>o </em></span><em>Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and</em></p>\n<p><em>compliance with regulations.</em></p>\n<p><span><em>o </em></span><em>Report any maintenance or repair needs promptly to maintenance</em></p>\n<p><span><em>o </em></span><em>Maintain cleanliness and functionality of assigned vehicles.</em></p>\n<p><em>• Yard Support:</em></p>\n<p><span><em>o </em></span><em>Assist with inventory management, including organizing and stocking</em></p>\n<p><em>materials.</em></p>\n<p><span><em>o </em></span><em>Assist in yard operations when able</em></p>\n<p><em>• Compliance and Safety:</em></p>\n<p><span><em>o </em></span><em>Adhere to all DOT regulations, company policies, and safety standards while</em></p>\n<p><em>driving and performing duties.</em></p>\n<p><span><em>o </em></span><em>Maintain accurate delivery logs and trip reports</em></p>\n<p><span><em>o </em></span><em>Meet established production standards and work in accordance with</em></p>\n<p><em>company policies &amp; Federal/State Laws</em></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>",
