The Warehouse Manager is responsible for all warehouse activities including all warehouse personnel and distribution/receiving operations.  The Warehouse Manager plans and monitors optimal space utilization and efficient inventory flow and manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs as a true first level manager.  Ensures that project/department milestone and goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. The Warehouse Manager is committed to the company’s success while upholding East Penn Company policies and culture.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Estimated salary range: $67,000 - $80,000</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and training.</em></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>Responsible for warehouse management/staffing, and general maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of warehouse equipment, delivery vehicles, and facilities.  Management of all warehouse, driver, and office personnel (excluding sales).  Works in conjunction with the Branch District Manager and all other branch employees to achieve a growing, profitable, and operationally efficient Branch.
