Quality Improvement &amp; Patient Safety</strong></p><ul><li>Develop, implement, and monitor Quality Improvement (QI) programs aligned with FQHC objectives.</li><li>Analyze clinical data and patient outcomes to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.</li><li>Monitor and reduce disparities in healthcare access and delivery for underserved populations.</li><li>Ensure infection control, medication safety, and risk management measures are in place.</li></ul><p><strong>2. Regulatory Compliance &amp; Accreditation</strong></p><ul><li>Ensure compliance with HRSA, UDS, NCQA PCMH, and OSHA.</li><li>Lead preparation for audits, accreditation surveys, and quality program reporting.</li><li>Maintain current knowledge of FQHC-specific regulations and quality measures.</li></ul><p><strong>3. Data Collection, Analysis &amp; Reporting</strong></p><ul><li>Work the clinical quality manager to track and report clinical performance measures (UDS, HEDIS, CMS, and other &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;benchmarks).</li><li>Use EHR and quality reporting tools to monitor patient care metrics.</li><li>Provide leadership with data-driven recommendations for process improvements.</li></ul><p><strong>4. Staff Education &amp; Training</strong></p><ul><li>Train healthcare providers on best practices, infection control, and QI initiatives.</li><li>Conduct in-service training sessions on evidence-based guidelines and patient-centered care.</li><li>Promote a culture of continuous quality improvement among staff.</li></ul><p><strong>5.
