Ron’s Lumber & Home Center , a Nation’s Best Holdings, LLC company, is seeking candidates for our Café Server / Cashier position at our Howe, OK location.

What You’ll Do
Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service
Take food and beverage orders accurately
Communicate orders to the kitchen, including allergies and special requests
Deliver orders and ensure a positive customer experience
Maintain a clean, safe and organized café and kitchen area
Complete pre-shift and post-shift tasks as assigned
Support overall café operations, including assisting at the register or in other areas as needed
Additional duties as assigned
What You Bring
High school diploma or equivalent
1–2+ years of restaurant or food and beverage experience preferred
Knowledge of food handling and service standards
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to lift moderate weight frequently
Sense of urgency and willingness to support the team as needed
Results-oriented with the ability to serve customers with humility and be a steward of Nation’s Best values
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while remaining adaptable and flexible
Strong interpersonal skills with a consistent focus on delivering exceptional customer service
