This is a project-based, flexible part-time position ideal for individuals who enjoy variety, can work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.</p><p>Our team works directly inside clients’ homes during important life transitions, so professionalism, reliability, attention to detail, and strong customer service are essential.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Assist with organizing, sorting, staging, pricing, and preparing items for estate sales and online auctions</li><li>Safely pack, move, lift, and transport household items and furniture</li><li>Provide excellent customer service during estate sales and client interactions</li><li>Maintain accuracy while handling inventory, pricing, and merchandise placement</li><li>Work efficiently and with urgency to meet project deadlines</li><li>Follow directions while also being able to think independently and solve problems on-site</li><li>Help maintain clean, organized, and safe work environments</li><li>Collaborate with team members to complete projects quickly and professionally</li><li>Support sale-day operations including checkout assistance, crowd flow, and customer questions</li></ul><h3>What We’re Looking For</h3><ul><li>Reliable and dependable with strong attendance and punctuality</li><li>Able to work accurately and quickly in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Comfortable working with little supervision</li><li>Self-starter who takes initiative and stays productive</li><li>Strong teamwork and communication skills</li><li>Positive attitude and professional demeanor with clients and customers</li><li>Flexible schedule availability, including occasional evenings or weekends</li><li>Ability to lift, move, and carry boxes or furniture items as needed</li><li>Reliable transportation required</li></ul><h3>Ideal Candidate</h3><p>This role is best suited for someone looking for flexible, project-based work rather than a fixed weekly schedule.
