This includes but is not limited to buildings, pools, attractions, landscaping, irrigation, and concrete work.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Essential Functions:</strong></p><ul><li>Perform daily, weekly, and monthly inspections with high attention to detail to identify necessary repairs.</li><li>Ensure all attractions and operating locations are properly maintained to run safely and keep ride downtime to a minimum.</li><li>Perform routine maintenance and timely repairs, not limited to but including painting, carpentry, plumbing, equipment, attractions and buildings.</li><li>Operate cleaning equipment for pools and slides following all safety protocols.</li><li>Handle chemicals safely and responsibly with proper protective equipment.</li><li>Collaborate with management to prioritize maintenance tasks.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of shop and pump rooms.</li><li>Report all facility issues that are not immediately repairable to leadership.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul>",
