This ignites a ripple effect: We transform people, who then transform others, systems, society, and, ultimately, our world.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Our Purpose</strong></p>\n<p>To foster positive change.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Values </strong> </p>\n<li>Cultivate the humanistic approach.  </li>\n<li>Empower your entrepreneurial spirit </li>\n<li>Cherish the diversity of people, mind, and experience </li>\n<li>Drive innovation with a proactive mindset</li>We are looking for a person to join a full-time position in \n<strong>New York City.</strong> \n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<strong>Your role as Regional Coordinator will involve:</strong>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop deep expertise in our undergraduate programs and institutional culture. </li>\n <li>Identify and nurture new lead opportunities through outreach and follow-up. </li>\n <li>Support regional recruitment efforts by managing communications, scheduling, and logistics. </li>\n <li>Assist with event planning, marketing initiatives, and cross-team coordination. </li>\n <li>Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, CRM tools, and design platforms (Canva, Figma) to support recruitment strategies. </li>\n <li>Serve as a key point of contact between regional offices and campus departments. </li>\n <li>Assist with regional partnerships by attending partner meetings, tracking deliverables and deadlines, and helping to prepare partnership analysis. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<strong>To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:</strong>\n<ul>\n <li>Work authorization in the United States. </li>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree. </li>\n <li>Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail. </li>\n <li>Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. </li>\n <li>Ability to manage competing priorities effectively. </li>\n <li>Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Dynamics), design tools (Canva, Figma), and data visualization (PowerBI, Tableau) are a plus. </li>\n <li>Experience in higher education, project management, or event planning. </li>\n <li>Professional level of Spanish. </li>\n <li>Experience working in diverse and/or hybrid teams. </li>\n <li>Familiarity with data analysis, digital marketing, and market research. </li>\n <li><strong>Entrepreneurial & solutions-oriented</strong> – You take initiative, set priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. </li>\n <li><strong>A relationship-builder</strong> – You communicate effectively and can manage diverse stakeholder relationships. </li>\n <li><strong>Highly organized</strong> – You excel at juggling multiple projects and meeting deadlines. </li>\n <li><strong>Creative & resourceful</strong> – You approach challenges with a problem-solving mindset. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>This position offers the following:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Competitive salary commensurate with experience, $60,000-$65,000 / year </li>\n <li>10%  Bonus upon meeting objectives </li>\n <li>Company contribution to healthcare plan </li>\n <li>Generous vacation days, paid personal & sick leave, and federal holidays. </li>\n <li><strong>One-week winter break</strong> and <strong>summer Fridays</strong>. </li>\n <li><strong>Annual team retreats</strong> and professional development opportunities. </li>\n <li>Job Type: Full-time </li>\n <li>Work Location: Hybrid.
