    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Strategy Manager</strong></p>\n<p>(Hybrid)</p>\n<p><strong>What We're Looking For:</strong></p>\n<p>Michael Baker International is seeking a Strategy Manager to join our team in Alexandria, VA. The Strategy Manager will play a critical role in shaping and executing the organization’s enterprise and business group strategy. You will have the opportunity to influence how the firm’s strategy is communicated.</p>\n<p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p>\n<p>Enterprise &amp; Business Strategy</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead and support strategic planning initiatives at both the enterprise level and within business groups</li>\n <li>Translate executive-level objectives into actionable strategies, initiatives, and performance metrics</li>\n <li>Support long-range planning, annual business planning, and strategic priority setting</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Analytical Modeling &amp; Insights</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop and manage analytical and financial models to evaluate growth opportunities, investments,&nbsp;<br>\n  market entry, and operational scenarios</li>\n <li>Use quantitative and qualitative analysis to support executive decision-making and strategic tradeoffs.</li>\n <li>Monitor performance against strategic initiatives and recommend course corrections as needed.<br>\n  Industry Research &amp; Trend Analysis</li>\n <li>Research, monitor, and analyze AEC industry trends, competitive dynamics, regulatory developments,&nbsp;<br>\n  and emerging market opportunities.</li>\n <li>Synthesize insights into clear, executive-ready recommendations and briefing materials.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Executive Partnership &amp; Communication</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Work directly with and provide strategic support to C-suite leaders and senior executives</li>\n <li>Prepare executive-level presentations, board materials, and strategic narratives</li>\n <li>Serve as a thought partner to leadership on enterprise-wide priorities and change initiatives.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Marketing &amp; Communications Alignment</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Partner with the Marketing Communications team to help shape internal and external messaging that&nbsp;<br>\n  reflects strategic priorities</li>\n <li>Ensure consistency between corporate strategy, market positioning, client messaging, and internal&nbsp;<br>\n  communications</li>\n <li>Provide strategic context to support branding, reputation, and stakeholder engagement initiatives.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What You'll Need to Succeed:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>MBA required</li>\n <li>5+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, corporate strategy, or a related role</li>\n <li>Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise-level strategy and executive leadership</li>\n <li>Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry background</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Compensation:</strong></p>\n<p>The annual salary range for this position is $150,000 - $175,000.
