    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>CAE Analyst – Crash Simulation (ANSA - LS-DYNA / PAM-CRASH / LS-Prepost / Meta Post )</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p>\n<p>We are seeking a CAE Analyst with strong hands-on experience in <strong>crash simulations using LS-DYNA/Pam Crash </strong>. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of various vehicle crash test scenarios including regulatory, NCAP, and OEM-specific load cases. The analyst will be responsible for model setup, execution, result analysis, and reporting for frontal, side, rear, pedestrian, and seat integrity crash tests.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Set up, run, and validate <strong>crash simulations</strong> using <strong>LS-DYNA/PAM Crash</strong>.</li>\n <li>Apply appropriate <strong>material models, contacts, boundary conditions, and loadings</strong> for each crash event.</li>\n <li>Interpret and analyze crash test results (intrusion, acceleration, deformation, injury criteria, etc.).</li>\n <li>Deliver technical insights and recommendations to design and safety teams.</li>\n <li>Ensure model compliance with <strong>OEM guidelines</strong>, <strong>NCAP protocols</strong>, and <strong>global crash regulations</strong>.</li>\n <li>Participate in debugging, result correlation, and model improvement activities.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Bachelor’s/ Master’s  Degree in Engineering  in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering.</p>\n<h2>Essential skills</h2>\n<p><strong>Required Skills & Load Case Experience:</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Crash Simulation Tools:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong hands-on experience in <strong>LS-DYNA</strong> or <strong>PAM-CRASH</strong></li>\n <li>Familiarity with pre/post tools like ANSA, Meta Post, Animator</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Crash Load Case Knowledge:</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Frontal Crash:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>ODB</strong> – Offset Deformable Barrier</li>\n <li><strong>FWR</strong> – Full Width Rigid</li>\n <li><strong>MPDB</strong> – Mobile Progressive Deformable Barrier</li>\n <li><strong>RCAR</strong> – Frontal crash (repairability)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Side Crash:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>POLE33 / POLE45</strong> – Oblique Pole Impact</li>\n <li><strong>MDB / AEMDB</strong> – Side impact with deformable barrier</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Rear Crash:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>MRB1100</strong> – Rear 50% Overlap</li>\n <li><strong>MRB1800</strong> – Rear Full Overlap</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Pedestrian Protection:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>HEADNCAP</strong> – Headform to bonnet/windshield</li>\n <li><strong>HEAD(REG)</strong> – Regulation-based tests</li>\n <li><strong>UPPERLEG</strong> – Upper legform to bumper</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Experience</h2>\n<p>3 to 7 YearsIn OEM and Tier 1 Automotive</p>",
