These pillars form the foundation of our company-wide commitment to sustainability, helping us achieve our ambitious goals through our wide-ranging initiatives.</p>\n<h2>Job Description</h2>\n<p><strong></strong></p>\n<p><strong>Electrician Associate| </strong>Hiring Immediately<strong> | Malvern, Arkansas</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Compensation:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Pay Range </strong>$25.48-$31.85</li>\n <li><strong>Pay </strong>Competitive starting pay rate based on experience and qualifications</li>\n <li><strong>Increases</strong> Eligible for annual and skilled-based wage increases</li>\n <li><strong>Bonuses </strong>Eligible for monthly bonus based upon plant productivity</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Available Shifts:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>(7pm-7am) (7am-7pm) and will rotatate every 10 weeks</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary: </strong>Safely and effectively performs diagnostic testing and repairs on extensive electrical systems, pneumatic, hydraulic and mechanical systems in order to ensure continuous operation of production equipment. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Performs planned electrical maintenance on all equipment and machinery for the thermoforming and extrusion process to ensure the integrity of electrical systems.</li>\n <li>Diagnoses, troubleshoots and repair/maintain all equipment and machinery for the thermoforming process including trim presses, extruders, formers, and grinders.</li>\n <li>Modifies new and existing equipment for performance improvements and upgrades.</li>\n <li>Completes paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.</li>\n <li>Responsible for ensuring housekeeping in area(s) of responsibility are safe, clean and tidy.</li>\n <li>Follows all Company established rules and policies</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualificiations:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>HS Diploma or equivalency; 3-5 years related experience; 2 Year Electrical Technology degree; Residential/Commercial License preferred.</li>\n <li>Must be knowledgeable in electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, blue print reading (mechanical/electrical), knowledge of AC and Dc drive systems required.</li>\n <li>Previous electrical experience with troubleshooting capabilities; Previous mechanical experience with troubleshooting capabilities; Knowledge of PLCs is required.</li>\n <li>Ability to work with others effectively as a part of a team is essential.
