You translate AI capabilities into tangible business value and manage stakeholder expectations.</li><li><strong>Scoping & Estimation:</strong> You collaborate with clients to define project scope, estimate effort, and contribute to the development of compelling proposals.</li><li><strong>Pre-Sales & Business Development:</strong> You actively contribute to acquiring new GenAI projects by supporting proposal writing, participating in client pitches, and bringing your technical expertise into the sales process.</li><li><strong>Mentoring:</strong> You actively develop engineers within your team through code reviews, technical sparring, and direct feedback—going beyond management to truly enable growth.</li><li><strong>Agentic SDLC:</strong> You drive the integration of AI agents into the development lifecycle - covering AI-assisted coding, automated code reviews, and intelligent test generation.
